Morgan Toensing, DPT, graduated from Concordia University, Nebraska in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2018. While working on her degree, Morgan completed several clinical internships in various settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and specialty pelvic PT.


Morgan is married to J.T., who works as a math teacher and soccer coach at St. Paul Lutheran High School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with J.T., as well as their dog, Rosie, and cat, Butterscotch. She also enjoys reading, biking, rock climbing, camping, and hiking.

Shelly Yount has worked in the "therapy world" since late 1990's and in 2004 she was part of the beginning of Physical Therapy of Concordia in the front desk and tech position. In 2007, she returned to school and graduated in 2009 with her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Since that time, she has become a part-owner in the clinic in Concordia and is also co-owner at Knob Noster Physical Therapy which was opened in 2017. 

Shelly has been married to Troy since 1995 and they have 2 children. Turner will graduate from Concordia High School in 2019 and Landry will be beginning high school at Concordia with her graduation expected in 2022. Shelly enjoys watching her kids in all their activities which keeps her very busy. During summer their family enjoys going to the lake. 


Shelly Yount

Jennifer graduated from Concordia High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst College. She lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma and worked in acute care at a hospital, where she met her husband, Rod. Jennifer also obtained work experience in an outpatient hospital setting and then a private practice outpatient setting. She returned to work part time as a physical therapist in 2010 at Physical Therapy of Warrensburg and then had the opportunity to transfer to Physical Therapy of Concordia. She is currently working part time at PTC and is glad to provide care to local communities and returning patients to their previous functional level. 


In 2000, Jennifer and Rod welcomed Nathan, and in 2004, Phillip to their family. Nathan graduated from St. Paul Lutheran High School in 2018 and will be attending University of Central Missouri this fall.  Phillip will be attending St. Paul Lutheran High School this fall. She continues to volunteer for St. Paul's Lutheran Church and Grade School and St. Paul Lutheran High School. She looks forward to attending many more of Phillip's games. In her free time, she enjoys taking pictures, scrapbooking, discovering treasure in the West Bottoms, spending time with her family, parents and sister's family.


Jennifer McCaslin

Kimberly Brunkhorst received a Bachelor of Science Education in Education and a Master of Science Education in counseling. She has been married to her husband, Norman Brunkhorst, for 32 years and going. Kimberly has three kids, Seth, Cale, and Ellison. She also has her beloved dog named May-Z.

For free time Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and going to the lake. She also loves sports, reading, bird watching, and playing corn hole.

Gena Brackman was born and raised in Norborne, MO a small farming community. She is currently married to Kevin. They have 2 daughters, Ashley and her husband Adam, and Marissa. Gena has been in healthcare doing insurance billing, for over 30 yrs. She started out working for a Chiropractor in Higginsville. When she got married she started working for Meyer Medical Clinic  in Concordia and worked there for 29 yrs.


Gena enjoy's spending time with family and friends, sewing, crafting, cooking and gardening.

Brittany Tolias was born and raised in Concordia, Mo. She attented St. Paul's Grade School kindergarden through eigth grade, then transfered over to Concordia High School and graduated in 2015. She then moved to Springfield, MO to pursue her degree as a PTA. She graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College with her Physcial Therapist Assistant degree in 2017. Brittany moved back to Concordia where she currently is. She began working for Physical Therapy of Concordia in October 2017.


Brittany bought a house and remodeled it and now she is able to relax and enjoy all the work. Being outdoors is her get away place. She enjoy's deer and turkey hunting and spending time with friends and family in her free time.

Kathy Cooper grew up in Pittsburg, KS, attended Wichita State university where she received her Bachelor’s of Health Science and her Master’s of Physical Therapy.  She married Brent Cooper in August 1995.  In 2001 they moved to Concordia, MO where she partnered to open Physical Therapy of Concordia in 2004.   In 2012 Kathy and Shelly Yount, PTA became sole owners of the clinic.   In June 2017 they opened Knob Noster Physical Therapy with Hannah Sartin and Kris Reinwald PTA.  In Feb 2018 she completed her transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Therapeutic Pain Science Certification.  She and Brent have 3 children, Cailey a student at Missouri University studying physical therapy, Cameron enrolled at UMKC for pharmacy, and Cate starting High School.  Their family is completed with their Yorkie Ray.

Kathy Cooper

Kris Reinwald started working for Physical Therapy of Concordia in 2007 as Office Manager and PT Tech. In 2016, she returned to school and graduated with her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. She is a co-owner of Knob Noster Physical Therapy. She will be practicing at Knob Noster Physical Therapy as well as Physical Therapy of Concordia. 

Kris has been married to Kevin since 1996 and they have 3 adult children and 2 grandsons with granddaughter due in October of 2018. Kris enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her grandkids and spending time at the lake during the summer. 


Kris Reinwald

Hayden Moore has attended State Fair Community College where he received an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and then transferred to the University of Central Missouri where he hopes to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field. He will be applying to DPT programs this summer with the hopes of one day becoming a Physical Therapist himself.


His interests include sports of all kind, movies, music, and playing the guitar. He is the son of Travis and Erin Moore and the eldest sibling of Peyton and Faith Moore.

Jaala Schlesselman was born and raised in Concordia, MO. She graduated from Concordia High School in 2008 and Penn Valley with Physical Therapy Assistant in 2011. She became interested in Physical Therpay while in high school, after having 3 knee surgeries, and decided it was the career for her and has worked for Physical Therapy of Concordia ever since.


Jaala got married on March 9th, 2013 to her high school sweetheart Steven. They have one child now, 3 year old Brinley and one on the way, Mason.

Kevin Sartin graduated from University of Missouri with his Doctor in Physical Therapy in 2015. He grew up in Concordia, MO and worked 2 years in Sedalia at Peak Sport and Spine. Kevin temporarily worked in Warrensburg for SERC prior to working for Physical Therapy of Concordia. 

Kevin has been married to Hannah Sartin for 3 years and expecting their first child in November. His interests are hunting, fishing, cycling, and gardening.

Taylor Crooks was born and raised in Leeton, Missouri. She graduated from Leeton High School in 2018. She plans to transfer to Southwest Baptist to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree. Taylor has been working at both facilities, Knob Noster Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy of Concordia since January of 2018. She became interested in physical therapy after hip surgery her sophmore year. 


Taylor has grown up on a century farm with her parents, Doug and Susan, and her younger sister, Jordan. She enjoys showing cattle, playing softball and basketball, umpiring, and coaching softball.
